Helpful, knowledgable, prompt, professional, excellent customer service. I was referred to this agency by a friend when my previous State Farm agent of 30 years recently retired. The new agent and staff who took over his business had no idea what they were doing and made a mess of my policy and I almost left State Farm for another well known insurance brand. Once I reached out to home office and had them fix the mess made by previous agency I immediately transferred my auto and home policies to Andrew Perkins agency and am so glad I did!
