While the staff seem to wear smiles of warmth and carry an air of positivity, in my 18 years as a customer with State Farm I have never been let down as hard or made to look as foolish as this office has done with their lack of communication and concern for their policy holders. After my recent experiences I can say this State Farm office has let me down as a long standing State Farm customer.
